This privacy policy applies to Coordy app (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices. This Application is provided "AS IS" and is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information including unique device ID (encrypted)
  • App usage data (screen views, features used, time spent)
  • Operating system and device type
  • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 and AdMob

  • Outfit photos uploaded for analysis (temporary, not stored)
  • User profile settings (gender, preferred styles)
  • Outfit history and analysis results
  • Scene preferences and concerns for analysis

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide AI-powered outfit analysis and style recommendations
  • To improve app functionality and user experience
  • To analyze usage patterns and app performance
  • To deliver relevant advertisements via AdMob
  • To authenticate users and prevent unauthorized access

3. Third-Party Services

Important: This Application uses Google Analytics 4 and AdMob for usage analytics and ad delivery. These services may automatically collect and track user information using cookies and advertising identifiers.

3.1 Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyze app usage and improve our services. Google Analytics may collect information including device identifiers, usage patterns, and location information.

3.2 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements within the Application. AdMob may use cookies and advertising identifiers to deliver personalized ads based on your interests and app usage.

3.3 OpenAI (via Backend)

Outfit photos are temporarily transmitted to OpenAI's API through our secure backend for AI analysis. Images are NOT stored permanently and are only used for generating analysis results.

3.4 Firebase Authentication & Functions

We use Firebase Authentication for user authentication using encrypted device IDs. Firebase Functions handle secure authentication processes.

4. Data Storage & Security

4.1 Local Storage

User profiles, outfit history, and analysis results are stored locally on your device using secure local storage. This data is not synchronized to any cloud database.

4.2 Image Data

Outfit photos uploaded for AI analysis are NOT permanently stored on our servers. Images are temporarily transmitted to OpenAI's API through our backend solely for the purpose of generating analysis results and are not retained after processing.

4.3 Device ID Encryption

Device IDs used for authentication are encrypted for security purposes. Encrypted identifiers are used solely for authentication and are not used for tracking or profiling.

4.4 Backend Data

Our backend infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers) does not permanently store any user data. Authentication requests and API calls are processed without persistent logging.

5. Data Retention

  • Images: Not retained after AI analysis processing
  • Local data: Retained as long as you use the Application
  • Analytics data: Retained according to Google's and AdMob's policies
  • Authentication data: Retained as long as you use the Application

6. Your Rights

  • Access: You can view all your data stored within the Application
  • Delete: You can delete all local data from the app settings (Profile → Reset App)
  • Opt-out: You can opt-out of Google Analytics and AdMob tracking through your device settings
  • Uninstall: Removing the Application will delete all locally stored data

7. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this information. 8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
